Use requirements on the environment and packaging materials:
Label paper requirements: Double-sided attached film with outer diameter, not more than 250mm, frame inner diameter equal to 75mm, selected paper weight 75g/㎡ , and label size 25 * 25 (length X width mm).
a). Heat sealing type filtering cotton paper: flat external circle, outer diameter is more than or equal to 450mm, frame inner diameter is equal to 75mm.
b). Outer bag composite film requirements: can use polypropylene, coated aluminum foil, and nylon as base material, with inner coating composite high-pressure polyethylene.
c). Cotton thread requirements: 4250 meters/roll, 155 mm/bag, about 27000 pieces/ roll; better use four purified cotton threads.
d). This machine requires the use environment with little dust, a temperature of 10-40 degrees Celsius and a relative humidity of not more than 75%.
