Application
The Sachet is made of a thin soft film and a thick hard film, heat-press sealed, and die-cut by the machine， the finished product looks like a Card, so we call the machine a Card-Type Packing Machine. You can break off the sachet along the dotted line reserved in the middle, the sachet will open, and the material will flow out, easy to use, with less residue, and no waste. After being opened, the sachet is V-Shape, so we also call the machine a V-Shape Sachet packing machine, it can be used for packaging honey, cosmetics, essential oil, cream, and other semi-fluid or liquid into small packs.

Machine Feature
- Adopt PLC control, step-less frequency conversion speed regulation.
- Full automatic finish the working processes include film unwinding, forming, embossing, heat sealing, filling, tail sealing, and punching.
- One-side photoelectric eye function monitors patterns, and the other side prints data 1-5 lines by an ink-jet printer.
- A peristaltic pump or piston pump is used to control the filling volume, with accurate accuracy and anti-drip function.
- The contact part is made of 316L stainless steel, and the outer cover of the machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel, which meets the GMP standard.
- The machine has 3-5 punching dies, and the punching frequency is about 20 times/min, so the speed is about 60-100 sachets/min.
